Rob, thank you for your feedback. Your review violates Zillow guidelines which prohibit reviews of agents on the "other side" of the transaction but I do want to respond. Apartment hunting in Boston can be challenging. As you know, we had many parties interested in this unit. I represented the landlord in this transaction who instructed me to accommodate as many showings as possible through the weekend, after which he would review any and all applications. I explained that the landlord would not be making any decision or accepting any application until we completed the showings. I disclosed this fully to your agent who should have communicated that to you. He wanted me to take your checks so that we wouldn't have to meet again, IF your application was accepted. Ultimately, we had several applications and it was the landlord’s decision to choose another applicant. I’m happy to discuss this further with your agent and wish you well in your search.
